1. The service

ForexFin (“the service”) provides free browser-based trading calculators and an optional email-based price-alert tool for retail forex traders. The service is operated by a Netherlands-based sole trader (“we”).

2. Not investment advice

Everything on this site is educational and informational. Calculators perform mathematical operations on the numbers you provide; price alerts notify you when a market quote crosses a threshold you chose. Nothing here constitutes investment advice, a recommendation, an offer, or a solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument.

Trading foreign exchange and CFDs carries a high level of risk and can result in the loss of all invested capital. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Make trading decisions based on your own analysis or consult a licensed advisor.

3. No warranty of accuracy

Calculator results, FX quotes (sourced from third-party data providers), and alert delivery are provided on an “as-is” basis. We make no warranty that prices match your broker’s execution prices, that emails arrive on time, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Verify all critical numbers against your broker before placing a trade.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically copy the service for redistribution.
• Use automated tooling that creates an unreasonable load on the service.
• Use the service to harass, defraud, or violate the rights of others.
• Circumvent rate limits, account limits (e.g. the 25-active-alerts cap), or security controls.

We may suspend or terminate access for breaches.

5. Accounts

Sign-in is passwordless via email magic link. You are responsible for keeping access to the email address on file. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.

6. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Dutch and EU law, the service’s aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with your use of ForexFin is limited to fifty euros (€50) or the amount you have paid us in the previous twelve months, whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or trading losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including, where applicable, consumer-protection rights you have under EU law).

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated to active account holders by email; the “Last updated” date at the top will always reflect the current version.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Netherlands, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.
